Through our 5th annual Diversity Footprint, we found that:

C25 companies are growing their Diversity & Inclusion programs with dedicated resources.

D&I leadership is becoming more diverse.

New aspects of D&I are being mentioned, though defined targets and actions are still lacking.

Executive leadership voices are noticeably absent from D&I matters.

Our research covered the 24 companies comprising Denmark's C25 as of May 2023. All data collected is publicly available. Corporate governance reporting materials used included:
